What Do You Do To Celebrate Canada Day?

Canada will celebrate its 159th birthday on July 1, 2026.

It is a day when our country commemorates the Constitution Act of July 1, 1867, which united the nation’s original provinces into a single Dominion.

Ottawa’s Parliament Hill in the national capital is the site of highly anticipated official festivities. These events feature cultural displays, star-studded concerts, and aerial flyovers.

Other traditions include wearing the national flag colours, enjoying outdoor picnics, attending sporting events and festivals, and, of course, fireworks.

It’s a typical summertime celebration, but with a patriotic twist.  Don’t forget to bring a beautiful flowers to the party!
